Who we are

Udh Hiya Mbuzi @20 makes Udhiya affordable through disciplined monthly contributions. It began in Kawangware and now reaches communities across Nairobi.

Udh Hiya Mbuzi @20 is a community initiative that makes Udhiya affordable, accessible, and achievable through disciplined monthly contributions. It gives individuals and families a way to plan ahead and fulfil the Sunnah of Udhiya without the pressure of finding the full amount at the last minute.

What started as a simple idea in Kawangware has grown into a wider initiative reaching different parts of Nairobi and the surrounding areas. Members come together for a common goal, and the blessings of Udhiya are extended to families and communities.

The motto is Growing Together. Changing Lives. The vision is financially empowered Muslim communities, where people can fulfil religious obligations with dignity, discipline, and ease.

The mission is to provide affordable, flexible saving for Udhiya and other Islamic acts of worship, and to encourage financial discipline, participation, brotherhood, and a lasting social impact.

Photographs on this site are from the community’s own days. A picture is tied to a round only when the picture itself shows the year. The words on the testimonials page are still samples, until members share their own.
